JSW Steel today said its crude steel production more than doubled to 4.80 lakh tonnes in November.

The company"s production of crude steel was 2.15 lakh tonnes in the same month last year, JSW Steel said in a statement.
The production of rolled products (flat) increased 94 per cent at 3.15 lakh tonnes in November this year from 1.62 lakh tonnes in the year-ago period, it said.
The output of rolled products (long) rose by a steep 197 per cent at 0.68 lakh tonnes this November from 0.23 lakh tonnes in the year-ago period.
The company achieved 3.85 million tonnes of crude steel production cumulatively up to November in the current fiscal year, showing a growth of 52 per cent over corresponding period of the last year.
