Suzlon receives 21 Mw order from Gujarat Alkalies

Suzlon Energy bagged a repeat order from Gujarat Alkalies & Chemicals (GACL) to set up, operate and maintain a 21 megawatt (Mw) wind energy project in Maliya Miyana in the Rajkot district, Gujarat. The power generated from this project will be used for GACL"s captive consumption. This is GACL"s third project with Suzlon and will increase GACL"s total wind power capacity to 83.75 Mw from the existing capacity of 62.75 Mw.
